Who do I look to for leadership?

The one and only superman.

He takes initiative and steps out of his comfort zone. He is there to bring hope and inspiration to others – to drive them in the right direction. Others admire and respect him, as they turn to him for guidance.

Although you may not think you’re quite as strong and inspiring as Superman, remember that Clark Kent is a regular guy too. But when he puts his mind to something, he takes on his superhero personality and achieves the impossible.

So the next time you’re looking to hone your leadership skills, pull out your favourite superhero comic and follow their lead.
