Leaders need to work with a variety of people under any number of situations.  This workshop is an opportunity to see what your dominant and recessive strengths are.  Do you value rules and structure? Do you like to think outside the box?  Are you adventurous? Or are you analytical? What happens when you are in a room with someone similar in character, or different? How do you work most effectively with a diverse group of people? Learn your own strengths and those of your team members (bring a colleague!) at this interactive and energetic workshop.
